Rental Fee
• Rental fee is $500.00.
• A $100.00 minimum fee payment and a lockin form must be completed before the date is reserved. If the lock-in is cancelled by the sponsor, the fee will not be refunded.
• The total balance must be paid before lockin begins.
 
Hours
Lockin hours are from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. No one will be admitted to lockin before 9:00 p.m.  ALCOHOL IS NOT ALLOWED IN FACILITY DURING LOCKIN.
 
What is Included

• The use of the facility includes the meeting rooms, track, gym, racquetball and wallyball courts.
• Fitness room and free weights will not be available unless everyone attending the lockin is over 18 years of age.
• Swimming pool is available with lifeguards provided from 10:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. If more time is needed, an additional $25.00 per hour will be charged.
 
Additional Information

• Doors are locked at 11:00 p.m. unless the Civic Center is notified prior to lockin.
• The Civic Center should be left clean and orderly.
• All trash should be placed in trash cans and meeting rooms and other areas used should be left clean.
